There are a few things that are true as a stereotypical mom of two….I call my kids the wrong name constantly, the baby gets away with everything, and Lilah barely has any keepsakes saved because who’s got time for that?! As you guys may already know, I’m a huge fan of Artifact Uprising. I used their Everyday Prints for Lilah’s First Birthday Party and try to print out my Instagram photos every so often to just have those physical photos to put around the house. So when they reached out to me about their Story Of You Baby Book, I knew I had to have it.

The book itself is absolutely beautiful. You can customize the outside fabric and the quality is so nice it’s makes it look like an heirloom you can have on your shelves and keep forever. I also think this is going to be my go-to gift for new moms. It’s so thoughtful and since the parent can customize it, it will make a great fit for anyone’s personal style.

My favorite feature, however, is that their prompts are necessarily based on “milestones”. It’s more about those special moments and letting you tell the unique story of your own baby. I really loved this since most of my notes from Lilah’s first year were messy and unorganized notes that I jotted in my Notes app while I was feeding her in the middle of the night. So I remember our first nicknames for her (Bean, Sissy, Little One…), the silly faces she would make, and her first flight on our move out to NYC and not so much the exact day she first sat up unassisted or the exact day she rolled over for the first time.
