The stockings are hung, the tree is decorated, presents are being wrapped, and just like that, the holidays are here! We celebrate both Hanukkah and Christmas in our house, so there are a lot of different celebrations going on during the month of December including our own Fritsch Family Annual Holiday Party! So today, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite holiday party outfits for you to wear to your next holiday celebration. Click through for more holiday party outfit inspo!

The holidays are a great time to play around with jewel tones, sparkles, and fancy fabrics (silk, tulle, etc…) because lets be honest, the rest of the year I’m in jeans and a t-shirt.  I’m also not 100% comfortable in dresses so I threw in a few really cute jumpsuits that I think are great holiday party outfit ideas. That way, I can be comfortable and festive. This metallic wide-legged jumpsuit is my personal favorite.

I don’t own many pairs of high heels (because #momlife) but I do have this silver pair that is great because I can honestly wear them on any occasion. I’ve paired them with jeans, bridesmaid dresses, and now with my holiday party outfit. But if you’re looking for something that just screams fun and festive, go for these sparkly platforms and you won’t be disappointed!

And for the finishing touches, I suggest going with a tiny purse just big enough for your Metro Card and lipgloss and a pair of long dangly earrings to add that extra bit of holiday glam.  Accessories are also helpful in taking the little black dress you’ve already had in your closet and elevating it to the perfect holiday party outfit. The other standout accessory this year is an embellished hair bow! I’m definitely adding this to my next ponytail and stocking stuffer for all my friends.

What are you wearing this holiday season?
